Chemistry Faculty (IIT JEE And NEET) Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Chemistry lectures covering the syllabus for IIT JEE and NEET examinations.
- Create and maintain up-to-date study materials, including notes, practice problems, and mock tests.
- Ensure the curriculum is aligned with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.

2. Teaching and Mentoring:
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide personalized attention and guidance to students, addressing their individual learning needs.
-Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide regular feedback on student performance.
-Mentor students, and provide guidance on stress management, and time management.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and conduct regular assessments, including quizzes, tests, and mock exams.
- Analyze student performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed feedback and performance reports to students and parents.

4. Staying Updated:
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Chemistry and the IIT JEE/NEET exam patterns.
- Continuously improve teaching methodologies and incorporate new learning techniques.
- Attend relevant workshops, and seminars.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the institution's overall academic development.
