Qualifications & skills:
1. Educational background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master s degree or MBA is preferred
2. Professional experience (Preferred): Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent leadership position. Proven track record of successfully managing a similar or larger-sized organization, demonstrating strategic leadership, and achieving business growth
3. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the overseas as well as Indian education landscape, trends, and challenges; experience in overseas
4. Leadership skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of leading and inspiring high-performing teams. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to set and execute a clear vision and strategy for the organization
5. Strategic vision and execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive growth and profitability. Proven experience in business development, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence
