What we are looking for:

1. Proven experience (1+ years) in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment - even an internship can count
2. Should be a fast learner, adept at quickly assimilating information and adapting to new challenges
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and project management tools like Trello or Asana

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategic plans
2. Facilitate communication between the founder's office and other departments, enhancing collaboration and operational efficiency
3. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the founder
4. Assist in the prioritization of tasks and initiatives, advising the Founder on matters of importance
5. Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to initiate and complete tasks with minimal supervision
6. Represent founders in meetings and communications where necessary
7. Facilitate decision-making processes to ensure timely resolution of matters affecting the company

Compensation: 8 - 12 L per year (plus equity: 0.1% - 0.15%)
