Chief Of Staff Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Operational oversight : Manage and coordinate the activities of all business units, ensuring alignment with CERFODES' strategy.
2. Leadership and administration: Provide guidance to unit heads, monitor team performance, and implement strategic goals.
3. Financial management: Collaborate with the finance team to control costs, oversee invoicing, and prepare financial reports.
4. Business development: Identify and pursue business leads, manage bid preparations, and ensure submission timelines are met.
5. Project execution: Monitor project timelines, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and coordinate external associates when needed.
6. Strategic planning: Oversee the implementation of policies and growth strategies to promote operational efficiency and revenue growth.
7. Confidentiality & integrity: Ensure adherence to non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements
