Key responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
2. Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
3. Leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives
4. Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
5. Mentoring and inspiring employees of different functions to improve the quality of each function to key into the vision of management
6. Establishing policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture
7. Evaluating company performance and recommending strategies to improve results
8. Creating and implementing plans and collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
9. Forging strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors, and all other professional business relationships
10. Providing accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company
11. Setting challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability
12. Performing all other administrative activities as may be required for optimum performance and growth of the company
