1. Drive business and achieve sales targets for the allocated region or area
2. Nurture and maintain relationships with channel partners to foster incremental business growth
3. Provide guidance and support to channel partners to ensure smooth functioning of business processes
4. Manage a team of Sales Managers to maintain a high-quality sales process and valued business for the organization
5. Oversee a team of 5-6 Cluster Managers based on the regional spread who in turn manage a team of 50-75 Frontline Sales (FLS) employees
