We are looking for a highly organized and proactive City Coordinator to manage and oversee our kids' workshops, events, and camps in Mumbai and beyond. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and event execution skills. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling large-scale activities, managing teams, and ensuring smooth operations for science and art-based educational events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, and execute kids' science and art workshops, camps, and special events.
4. Ensure all materials, equipment, and resources are available for events and workshops in multiple locations, ensuring all events run smoothly and meet company standards.
5. Maintain high standards in content delivery, safety measures, and engagement activities.
6. Track event performance, manage budgets, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
3. Experience in handling educational programs for children is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
5. Willingness to travel for events as needed.
