AssetZilla is seeking talented freshers to join our team and make a real impact. As a sales executive you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced leaders to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. 3 months internship then a full-time job basis performance
2. Freshers are eligible or professionals with 0-1 years experience in real estate are eligible

Stipend Structure(First 3 months): Fixed Stipend(6-8k for freshers) + Incentive for every sale(10% of company revenue) + Travelling Reimbursement

Key responsibilities:

1. Connecting with the clients to understand their requirements and providing consultation
2. Working to coordinate with prospective buyers and sellers to facilitate site visits
3. Conducting site visits for the clients on various properties
4. Managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient visits
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth
6. Conducting business research to identify market trends and opportunities.

Effective Communication MS-Office Negotiation & Problem-solving Operations
