About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement sales strategies for targeted revenue
2. Follow up on sales proposals and deliver precise, up-to-date monthly sales reports
3. Generate new leads to create a pipeline of prospective customers
4. Enhance product knowledge for better deliverables
5. Handle channel sales and corporate tie-ups to maximize business for residential and commercial projects
6. Generate new business opportunities for the organization
7. Report on sales activities to top management
8. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings while achieving targets
9. Reach the targets and goals set for the assigned area
10. Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base
11. Increase business opportunities through various market routes
12. Monitor and position for all future projects
