We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at [Staging Spaces Design Pvt Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of interior design projects.
Key responsibilities:
Site Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities at construction and installation sites
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is being carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
Address any issues or deviations from the plan promptly
Team Management:
Supervise and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and construction workers
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality workmanship
Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve on-site challenges and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Propose and implement solutions to ensure project continuity
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety standards and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations and guidelines
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions
Documentation:
Keep detailed records of on-site activities, including progress reports, inspections, and any changes to the original design plan
Qualifications:
Civil Engineer or any Interior relevant degree
Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior design or construction industry.
Familiarity with interior design processes and materials
Education:
Degree or certification in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
Skills:
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
