About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor on-site development work.
2. Ensure that the contractor follows the project specifications and quality standards.
3. Report daily progress and issues to the management.
4. Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers when needed.
5. Conduct basic quality checks and ensure work is done as per approved layouts.

Other requirements

1. Diploma/B. Tech in civil engineering (Freshers welcome).

2. Good observational and reporting skills.

3. Ability to work independently on-site.

4. Should know to operate auto leveller machines.

5. Should be able to understand quality of concrete mixtures.

6. Must be willing to work at the site location in Warangal (Near NSR Apollo Hospital).

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
