Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the team in the smooth coordination of multiple projects (in construction space) with different Gig Experts and Gig owners
2. Initiate relevant conversations on behalf of the Gig factory and provide support to current and Prospective gig experts and Gig owners
3. Conduct employment-related research (with a focus on upcoming employment trends in the Industry leading to the growth of the Gig Economy in India) and assist the hiring team with different methods of sourcing qualified Gig Experts.
4. Make effective use of social media to grow the network of Gig Experts and Gig owners - Connect with the prospective Gig owners and Gig Experts through phone calls/WhatsApp/Emails/social media accounts and personal meetings
5. Introduce Gigfactory to prospective Gig owners and Gig Experts and explain its functioning in detail.
6. Help Gig owners and Gig experts register on the Website.
7. Clarify all the queries /doubts if any in the process of registration provide appropriate information, respond to queries, and make the registration process smooth for both Gig owners and Gig experts.
8. Maintain appropriate MIS database
9. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Strong analytical skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in social media management tools, CRM systems, and creative problem-solving are key qualifications.

3. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also crucial for success in this position.
