1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Between 1-3 years of experience in the road sector, with a strong background in road construction, maintenance, and management.
3. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, particularly in the road sector, with familiarity with IRC, ASTM, and other road standards and guidelines. Familiarity with AI and digital twin technology is a plus.
4. Excellent research, analytical, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to summarize and convey complex information.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
