Key Responsibilities:
Construction Supervision:Oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the quality of construction work meets the required standards.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in construction processes and materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection results.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status,
including any delays or issues encountered.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Communication and Coordination:

Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in related activities.
Prior approval from ADNOC is required.
Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
