6. Handling complaints or doubts to protect the company's reputation
7. Keeping records of calls and sales
8. Maintaining a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline

2. 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in construction/manufacturing companies

The candidate should be:

1. Self-motivated and enthusiastic for work

2. Able to coordinate with the client regarding requirements

3. Able to do systematic client follow-up and interact with clients on a daily basis

4. Able to understand requirements and recommend solutions

5. Able to accurately record and prepare reports of all prospects/client information in the company formats

6. Able to interact effectively and professionally with clients and other field staff by providing support information and guidance

7. Having the flexibility necessary to multi-task, and perform client identification in multiple locations as needed

8. Able to execute the full process from taking an appointment to completing information collation

9. Having excellent time management

10. Able to keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports

11. Able to maintain professional knowledge by attending organization training and establishing personal networks

12. Able to speak clearly and write and speak in English and local languages

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,64,000 /year
