About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify & develop potential clients in target industries and create a robust pipeline through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Present the agency's services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
3. Convert leads into long-term clients by understanding their objectives and aligning our offerings.
4. Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
6. Work closely with the internal teams (creative, marketing, and analytics) to develop client-focused solutions.
7. Provide market insights and feedback to refine services and strategy.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
9. Prepare regular reports on acquisition efforts, client feedback, and campaign outcomes.

3. Digital Media Expertise: Understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).

4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop strategies.

5. Negotiation & Persuasion: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate terms effectively.

6. Work Travel: Open to traveling for work.

7. Relocation: Willing to relocate to Indore.

8. Experience: Background in Digital media sales and marketing.
