About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Calling the genuine purchased leads (mostly business owners) provided by the firm who have shown interest in our catalog
2. Managing the conversion funnel and working on lead generation by researching markets & industries where products are used
3. Managing the client data and order cycle for all clients
4. Managing the sample dispatches and their timeline
5. Updating the clients with the order status and rectifying their queries
6. Ensuring the streamlined order process and supervising the workflow from order generation to order delivery
7. Creating and updating the company profile online for more leads and conversions
8. Creating portfolios and updating them regularly
9. Staying updated on the latest raw material costs and order strategically
