The Ethiopian Cultural Centre is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients, ensuring that all services provided meet the highest standards. The Client Relationship Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive experience with our centre. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a passion for Ethiopian culture, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the centre's services.
2. Customer support: Provide timely responses to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
3. Event coordination: Collaborate with clients to organize and support cultural events, workshops, and community outreach programs that align with the Ethiopian Cultural Centre's mission.
4. Client feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services, identify areas for growth, and enhance client experience.
5. Service promotion: Promote the Centre's offerings, including cultural programs, classes, and events, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
6. Networking: Represent the Ethiopian Cultural Centre at external events, conferences, and community functions to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, engagement, and areas for improvement to the management team.
