We specialize in connecting clients with expert and vetted service providers to meet their digital marketing needs efficiently. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive client acquisition manager to lead our efforts in securing and managing clients for digital marketing services. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with qualified leads, understanding their requirements, creating their statements of work (SOW), and facilitating the entire process from agency selection to client onboarding.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the inside sales team to receive qualified leads related to digital marketing services
2. Engage with leads to thoroughly understand their requirements and objectives
3. Develop comprehensive statements of work (SOW) outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
4. Identify and evaluate the best-suited agency or service provider from our network to fulfill the client's needs
5. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the selected agency, facilitating communication and managing expectations
6. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and negotiations between the client and agency as needed
7. Ensure smooth onboarding of the client with the selected agency, providing necessary support and guidance
8. Collaborate with the delivery team to transition successfully acquired clients for ongoing project management and execution

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
2. 2 years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on digital marketing services
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and service providers
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
6. Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients
7. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
