Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking, converting them into paying clients.
2. Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand potential client's needs and present Sharedpro's solutions.
3. Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, showcasing how Sharedpro can address their specific challenges and deliver measurable results.
4. Pipeline Management: Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and movement of leads through the sales funnel.
5. Client Onboarding Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired clients.
6. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to tailor your approach and highlight Sharedpro's unique value proposition.
7. Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for expanding services with existing clients during the acquisition process.
8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed acquisition targets by effectively managing time, resources, and client interactions.

Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a customer success, account management, or sales capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while delivering exceptional service
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT staffing or related industries (preferred, but not mandatory)
