Key responsibilities:

1. Attend the qualified leads (which will be generated by the pre-sales team) by meeting clients, where you will present tailored made options and will bring your clients through a no-pressure education-based presentation touching on buying/investment
2. Develop rapport and get to know the client and find out their goals and vision for the future
3. Educate on property investment, make your clients aware of the incentives available to them, and open their eyes to different strategies available for them to pursue
4. Work on relationship management by assisting your clients through the decision-making process and follow-up communication to foster a long-term relationship both pre and post-sales
5. Represent the NoBroker brand with integrity at all times, aiming to bring consistent value to all clients you come into contact with
6. Seek referrals and network to grow your own suite of clients
7. Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties
8. Work on the progress of the end-to-end sales (generating leads - closure)
