Key responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via call, understand their needs, and schedule appointments.
2. Meet qualified leads, present tailored investment options, and guide them through decision-making.
3. Build rapport with clients, understand their goals, and provide personalized solutions.
4. Educate clients on property investment, incentives, and various investment strategies.
5. Manage client relationships, provide assistance, and ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
6. Represent the Nobroker brand with integrity and consistently add value to client interactions.
7. Seek referrals and network to expand the client base.
8. Conduct market surveys to analyze competitive property pricing.
9. Handle end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closure.
