Client Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers to develop strong relationships with travelers
2. Keep track of inquiries and conversions to monitor performance
3. Maintain a record of bookings, refunds, transportation, and other travel-related details
4. Work with operation and marketing teams to ensure clear and smooth travel plans

Requirements:

1. Possess 1-2 years of proven experience as a client associate, sales executive, customer service, or similar role
2. Demonstrate a knack for selling with excellent communication skills
3. Be proficient in Tamil and English
4. Interact and negotiate effectively with customers
5. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team regarding payments, refunds, and complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience
6. Bonus: Have good knowledge of travel destinations
