Client Interaction: Engage with clients via chat, and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and maintain a positive client experience
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their requirements are met and orders executed.
Record client feedback in an Excel sheet and follow up to ensure client's receive the details as per their enquiry and all communications are logged accurately.
Client report to be shared with the management if any concerns or issues arise for improvement of any of our services.
Send out broadcast message to clients informing them of any special offers on a monthly basis.
3 years of international client communications experience.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain clients and possess customer service skills and execute compelling communications.
Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business Chat and Google Mails. Ability to work independently.
