We are seeking a highly organized and proactive 'Client Coordinator' to support our internal team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily resumes, coordinating with account managers, and handling various administrative and operational tasks to enhance team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resume Management:
- Collect and organize daily resumes from the internal team.
- Ensure resumes are properly formatted and categorized before sharing with account managers.
- Maintain an updated database of resumes for easy access and retrieval.
2. Coordination with Account Managers:
- Act as a liaison between the internal team and account managers.
- Share resumes and relevant candidate information with account managers in a timely manner.
- Follow up with account managers for feedback and updates on shared resumes.
3. Team Support:
- Assist the internal team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
- Track and report on team progress and deliverables.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update internal records, including candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Handle communication with candidates and clients as needed.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in internal processes and suggest solutions.
- Implement best practices to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
