About the job
Core objective of the role: Maximize business generation using online and offline techniques.
What it's not: Account management, client servicing, or any such field/front-end customer-facing roles.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generate revenue by prospecting for new clients
2. Build a strong pipeline consistently by developing new relationships in the target market segments
3. Use various channels - calling, online media, and automation tools to generate fresh leads therein new business
4. Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies/automation & technology innovations
5. Qualify and develop sales leads and conduct product demonstrations at the CXO level to showcase end-to-end product capabilities
6. Gain a thorough understanding of the product/platform and continuously learn from new product updates and pitch them appropriately to the clients, based on their requirements
7. Work closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence and plan marketing campaigns to generate new business

Key skills required:

1. Ability to identify, qualify and close business
2. Love for research and selling
3. Passion for technology-oriented product
4. Inclination toward HR
5. Ability to use personal and professional networks to generate new business
6. Must possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
7. We would prefer candidates from Mumbai/Maharashtra/Gujarat plus those who are willing to relocate to Mumbai

Annual CTC breakup:
