Community Manager: Reporting to the operations head in Jaipur

Role objective: To work closely with the operations head at the front office in order to achieve operational objectives.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting office tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy in the Business center/coworking space
2. Develop programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its accommodation meeting and leisure facilities
3. Maintaining awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry and gaining a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of customers
4. Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there
5. Identifying the factors that shape your office's appeal to customers
6. Monitoring customer reviews on social websites or on hotel booking sites to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Office Space
7. Speaking to guests in person or in follow-up calls
8. Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business
9. Targeting the program at individual members who require regular meeting facilities
10. Liaising and working closely with other members of the management team to identify marketing priorities
11. Reviewing future booking levels to plan dates for promotions to increase occupancy rates
12. Working with the event management team to schedule marketing to attract additional conferences and events
13. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
14. Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
15. Managing local vendors and potentially admin supervisors
16. Resolving member complaints through neutral fact investigation, and resolving with management and site operations team support

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. 1 Year of work experience in hospitality, customer service, or business operations

2. BBA/BCA or equivalent educational qualification preferred

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills

4. Self-starter who has the ability to work independently

5. Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable

6. Team player

7. Passion for delighting customers

8. High hustle quotient: willing to get their hands dirty, as necessary, to move fast and get things done
