About the job

We seek a highly organized and empathetic client operations and care coordinator with a background in psychology to handle client queries, facilitate smooth connections between clients and doctors, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be critical in enhancing the client experience, providing prompt responses to queries, and maintaining efficient internal workflows to support our growing platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client support and coordination:
i. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries via chat, email, and phone.
ii. Assist clients in connecting with relevant mental health professionals based on their needs.
iii. Guide the app's features, mental health resources, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
iv. Ensure timely follow-up on client concerns and queries to enhance satisfaction.
2. Collaboration with healthcare professionals:
i. Liaise with mental health professionals (therapists, counselors, psychologists) to coordinate appointments and client interactions.
ii. Ensure smooth communication between clients and professionals to optimize care delivery.
iii. Track and maintain records of client-doctor interactions, ensuring proper documentation.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration:
i. Work closely with the product, technical support, and customer service teams to resolve any app-related issues affecting clients.
ii. Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to address client feedback and share insights on user experience.
iii. Provide operational support during feature launches, system updates, new initiatives.
4. Process improvement:
i. Identify opportunities for improving client operations and suggest solutions for optimizing the client journey.
ii. Develop and implement streamlined processes for addressing client concerns and managing workflows efficiently.
5. Data management and reporting:
i. Monitor client interactions and collect feedback to identify trends in service quality.
ii. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, response times, and operational efficiency.
iii. Collaborate with the analytics team to track performance metrics and assess areas for improvement.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.

2. Proven experience in operations coordination, project management, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or tech industry.

3. Preferred bachelors or masters degree in psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field.

4. Familiarity with mental health frameworks, and psychological principles.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Experience: 2 – 5 years.
