About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider
2. Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
3. Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones, and track clients' service records
4. Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
5. Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
6. Follow up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction
7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues or match clients with better services
8. Evaluate overall service level and implement continuous improvement tactics
