Mandap Bazaar is a leading supplier of premium wedding and event decor products. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, decorators, and wholesalers.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
4. Present and demonstrate our products to clients, ensuring they understand their value.
5. Negotiate and close deals while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
6. Provide excellent after-sales service and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
7. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Candidates who are from Vasai and neighboring cities
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the event decor, wedding industry, or related fields.
Skills:
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
4. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
5. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
