Client Relationship Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop strong client relationships by providing exceptional after-sales service
2. Coordinate and maintain contact with existing and new clients in terms of after-sales service, product utilization, and benefits
3. Compile a detailed report on existing and new clients and, if necessary, organize training sessions for new clients
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
5. Schedule and conduct training sessions accordingly

Required:

1. Any recent graduate who is a fresher or has at most 1 year of experience
2. Can work full-time from office
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and its tools, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) software
4. Time management and customer service abilities (required)
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
6. Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
