Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining daily coordination between clients and the company
2. Ensuring the client is having a good experience whilst undergoing our program
3. Working on answering phone calls & being the first point of contact for the company
4. Working on scheduling consultations and being present while the doctor is consulting
5. Working on payment collection follow up
6. Working on medical report summarisation
7. Working on ensuring that the patients are taken care of and being a strong liaison between the company and the patient
8. Managing client follow-ups
