3. Drive deal closures by assessing client requirements and guiding them seamlessly through the contract process.
4. Coordinate with internal teams, including consultants, publication managers, senior leaders, and creative designers, to meet customer needs effectively.
5. Analyze industry trends continuously to innovate, exceed client expectations, and enhance customer retention.
