Client Service Associate Fresher Job

Keyresponsibilities:

1. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details
2. Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of company services
3. Taking proper follow up on time from the calls made on daily basis
4. Convincing clients by explaining the company services and charges including benefits of our services to take the same
5. Consulting and calling fresh clients on their inquiries
6. Helping them with Canada or Hong Kong immigration process
7. Converting the lead into potential client with powerful communication skills
8. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field experience in sales
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Good time management and organizational skills
4. Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics
5. A commitment to excellent customer service
6. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
7. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
8. Ability to handle stressful situations
