Client Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for clients.
2. Brief the digital team about client requirements and ensure tasks are completed according to company standards and the client's brief.
3. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future prospects/clients.
4. Maintain cordial relations with different media individuals.
5. Regularly meet with clients to understand their business and requirements.
6. Ensure clients receive all materials as per committed timelines.
7. Generate marketing ideas for general and social media platforms.
8. Manage workflow and propose solutions to execute jobs within deadlines.
9. Proactively suggest new ideas to clients.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on a monthly basis.
11. Create presentations for new client pitches or significant promotions.
