Key responsibilities:

1. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
2. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
3. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
4. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
5. Giving project updates to clients
6. Conducting meetings with client to understand corrections in video drafts submitted and communicating the same to the team members
7. Managing project timelines and tracking project progress
