Who can apply
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred)
2. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, with at least 0-1 years of experience
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
7. Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

10. Knowledge of the industry or products/services offered (preferred)
