Client Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
3. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues
4. Work with internal teams to manage the execution of client projects from start to finish
5. Ensure deadlines and project specifications are met while maintaining quality standards
6. Coordinate with various departments, such as marketing, design, or technical teams, to deliver client requirements
7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address issues or concerns
8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and project progress
9. Prepare regular reports on client feedback and project status for internal teams and management
10. Prepare a concept calendar for the client
