Key Responsibilities:

1. Own client relationships and work to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations
2. Share responsibility for client retention by maintaining mid to senior-level relationships allowing us to proactively identify client risks or opportunities and manage client teams to effectively respond to client needs
3. Acquire and develop long-term relationships with key strategic clients at the senior management level
4. Build strong rapport with the clients
5. Work with creative, development, and digital teams to deliver quality work while making sure that the client brief is percolated
6. Continuously strive to innovate solutions, for efficient execution with always better results, to deliver customer delight
