Client Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
2. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear and actionable briefs for the internal team.
3. Ensure all client communications are documented and tracked effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events that meet client expectations.
5. Monitor event progress and provide regular updates to clients. Address any issues or changes promptly, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event process.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to existing clients.
8. Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and assess client satisfaction.
9. Prepare and present detailed proposals, contracts, and reports.
10. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and events.
