About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build, manage, and maintain client relationships at mid-levels and throughout the customer organization
2. Coordinate with internal teams and understand the brief given by the client
3. Align work between internal teams by understanding timelines
4. Identify severity/priority based on issues explained by clients
5. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a healthy client-agency relationship
6. Document client communications regularly over email

Requirements:

1. Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills
2. Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with timely follow-ups
3. Demonstrate attention to detail and provide creative feedback to the creative team
4. Have basic knowledge of MS Office
5. Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Capable of dealing with challenging clients
7. Multitask effectively across different projects and clients
8. Flexible to work in a 24/7/365 environment
