Account managers are generally responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategies to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. In addition, they are responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients. Account managers need to bring new ideas for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement
2. Presenting effective social media strategies to clients when needed
3. Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
4. Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis
5. Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns
6. Creating weekly/monthly for brand
7. Keeping update about the latest trends and trying them on brands
8. Helping clients to grow their brands
Skills required:
1. Prior experience working with an advertising agency
2. Strong planning skills
3. Leadership skills
4. Excellent knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management
5. Familiarity with social media and digital platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Buffer, Hoot Suite, and Google Analytics
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
