1. Identify our target audience and build a customer engagement and client servicing strategy for each segment
2. Engage with customers and target audiences through WhatsApp API, emails, and events such as finance competitions, webinars, and quizzes
3. Update and maintain our database of current clients, potential leads, conversions, and follow-ups
4. Suggest edits to the pitch deck according to feedback received from clients
5. Make calls to school principals/coordinators, college teachers, parents, and students to explain our offering and resolve their queries
6. Arrange and organize demo sessions for students and parents coming on the website.
7. Answer customer queries, as per the feedback mechanism of the company
8. Follow-up with active and potential customers, through phone calls and emails as per the engagement and company policy
9. Work with the social media and graphics team to engage customers via newsletters
10. Perform any other client-servicing-related work, as required by the management
