Client Service Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
3. Create and deliver presentations to clients using MS PowerPoint to showcase company services and solutions
4. Analyze client data using MS Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
5. Collaborate with the content writing team to develop engaging and informative materials for clients
6. Monitor and track client accounts to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction
7. Identify upsell opportunities and work towards increasing revenue from existing clients
8, Work closely with internal teams to develop advertising campaigns and projects
9. Identify opportunities for business development and client growth
10. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
