Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
2. Understand clients' business goals and objectives to offer tailored marketing solutions.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, website, social media, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
4. Manage client communications, including project updates, feedback, and approvals.
5. Handle client queries and issues promptly, providing solutions that align with business objectives.
6. Develop and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
