About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide top-level strategic account management to advertisers to ensure retention and client satisfaction
2. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels
3. Advise clients on their digital strategy and educate them about offerings of the company in relation to their marketing objectives
4. Take part in client business reviews and communicate performance optimizations recommended along with the planned roadmap
5. Escalate internally any issues and concerns raised by clients
6. Partner closely with the support teams (Product Team, Tech Solutions, Operations Support, and Creative Services) to ensure optimal strategy and campaign setup
7. Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new products

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in direct advertising, marketing, and managing clients with revenue accountability (mandatory)

2. Expertise in display, performance marketing, and full-funnel account strategy initiatives

3. Passion for marketing, creativity, and result generation

4. Proven experience in managing and growing top-tiered clients in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment

5. Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

6. Ability to provide outstanding service and achieve optimal campaign performance for top clients while being self-driven and highly motivated

7. Experience working in the AdTech industry is a plus

8. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams (mandatory)
