Clinic Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily clinic operations and staff duties.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic s budget.
3. Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment.
4. Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
5. Create new policies and procedures and ensure staff are aware of new changes.
6. Manage internal and external communication and answer queries about the clinic.
7. Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews.
8. Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations.
9. Update patient medical records.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and creating an efficient schedule.
2. Must have 5 years of experience.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for talking to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
4. Must have experience in clinic management.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to multi-task and manage time well.
7. Great analytical and decision-making skills.
8. Able to lead and motivate a team confidently.
9. Knowledge of medical terminology, and provincial/territorial and federal regulations.
10. Understanding of finances to create and monitor a budget.
