Clinical Psychologist Job

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct informal assessments, including interviews, and behavioral observations to gather comprehensive information about patients
Analyze assessment results
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to the patients
Conduct individual therapy sessions, facilitating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and assisting them
Collaborate with Therapists and other clinicians to provide integrated and coordinated care for the patients
Consult with Therapists to provide psychological insights and recommendations facilitating effective treatment plans and continuity of care
Maintain patient records, documenting assessment findings, progress notes and relevant communications
Adhere to legal & ethical guidelines regarding patient confidentiality and privacy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Address the patient concerns that interfere with adherence to prescribed treatment.
Sensitize other HCP and support teams on the psychological needs of a patient.

Qualification:
Required: B.Sc. Psychology
Preferred: M.Sc. Psychology
