Document and maintain records of CNC programs, tooling instructions, and setup sheets.

Qualifications and Skills:-

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on 5-axis machining.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly for creating and optimizing CNC programs.
Excellent understanding of machining processes, cutting tool selection, and fixture design.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues effectively.
Knowledge of material properties and machining characteristics of different metals and composites.
Experience in setting up CNC machines, including loading tools, setting zero points, and adjusting offsets.
