Key responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming environment - assist members in a friendly, patient, and professional manner
2. Onboard new members - activate and distribute keys, print accounting numbers answer new member questions
3. Manage local vendors and maintenance teams
4. Input and maintain accurate data across various platforms (billing, customer data, inventory)
5. Maintain high occupancy rates
6. Create a sense of community among members
7. Generate monthly reports to summarize location analytics

Probation:

3. Other incentives: 5%
